The hotel had great personalized services and the beach was clean and secure. The staff was outstanding and the chef's cuisine was exceptional. The staff also arranged for a safari which was a truly magical experience. The hotel's location was perfect for a relaxing holiday getaway.
The hotel lacked pomp during New Year's celebrations which made it not conducive for family holidays. It was more suited for honeymooners.

I did appreciate the personalized attention from the staff at the restaurant, they really knew how to make you feel taken care of. the beach was definitely one of the cleanest and safest I've ever been to, so I felt at ease during my stay. the location of the hotel was pretty convenient to explore the surroundings, which was nice.
I was quite disappointed with the lack of attention and care that was put into celebrating special events.
